Some personal work – whenever I can find some free time I love to draw and create patterns. They are used as surface patterns, prints or for wedding invitations. I post them on
Instagram regularly, if you want to stay updated you can follow me there!
My master thesis – a book about converted churches in Germany. Furthermore, it is an analysis of the state of the Christian religion in Germany and gives an overview on ecclesiastical architecture and Heterotopias. You can also take a look at the whole book
here.
My bachelor thesis – an atlas about ancient trade roads. All maps have been cut out of paper and photographed. The information about the roads have been overlayed digitally.
A game designed for the exhibiton
Tredecimtopie in April 2017. The rules are simple: You roll the dice and draw a card with a very personal question, but you are only allowed to move your game piece if you answer the question on the card. The players have to decide what they prefer: sharing something personal which might make them feel uncomfortable or losing the game. Photos by
Patricia Paryz.
A group project from 2017. The task was to create a work about a manifesto of our choice and to print it on the Risograph. We decided to make a book and divide into six parts, each part was designed by one group member. I chose a manifesto by
Rob Ryan, combined with a text by
Ned Markosian.
BOXHORN is the magazine of FH Aachen's design faculty. In a group of 10 people we were not only responsible for both the appearance and content, but also for the management. I made several illustrations (including the cover) and layouts. Printed in an edition of 500.
